My Le is a practitioner of user-centered design for 20+ years. She currently leads a design team in the payroll domain at Ultimate Software. She works collaboratively with a cross-functional team including product managers, business analysts, engineers, and stakeholders. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that deliver a competitive edge, and strives to look at things with a fresh perspective.
